A Tk 35 crore budget for Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, has been approved for the fiscal 1998-99.  The Finance Committee of the university approved the budget placed by the BAU Treasurer yesterday.

 Of the budget, Tk 1.8 crore will come from the university's own sources while the rest Tk 33.20 crore from the government grants. The revised budget of the university for the fiscal 97-98 was also approved at the meeting held with Vice Chancellor Dr Enamul Huq in the chair.
